We are looking for several people who would like to act as vertrouwenspersonen for on our events.
As a vertrouwenspersoon you are the point of contact for any player needing a talk about something that happened IC or happened between the organisation and a participant or between participants. And are the person to work closely together with organisation to aid in reporting of any harrasment and any unsafe situations you deem reportable.

We are looking for mutiple male or female (or other) radio hosts. A character will be written for you. If you wish your lines can be wrriten in collaboration with plotwriters, otherwise they will be written for you.
This character is unlikely to be a physical character at an event.

- Your own high quality microphone is a MUST. Prior experience in voice acting preffered, but not mandatory.

- Availabilty of recording one to two times a year, of a max of five to ten lines per each time. Done from home.

- Small fee per recording session is available and can be discussed. Small discount for participation to an event can also be discussed.

- You agree to being streamed online, but only available through a URL available to participants.

In the first steps of providing the setting of Arthys to participants, we would be looking for media artists. We are very much against AI and would rather spend our funds on actual artist.

You will help us shape the world in drawn media for in player guides and on the website. This can be either traditional media, or digital. As long as it is provided in digital form to us.

Needed is a somewhat digital, modern and cyberpunk like style.

You are free to use your art in portfolios etc. The art will stay YOURS. You will be credited (and linked) if needed.

Small fee and budget would be available. Discount to participation of an event is available instead of a monetary payment. Discussion of needs and or wants is available and encouraged.

We are looking for a cook/catering that would like to help us bring our setting to life. Message us for discussion and more information, or if you have tips; please also message us.

We are looking for multuple ‘media magicians’ who are good at:
- Photoshop

- Videography

- Video editing (and videography optional)

- Programming

- Digital art

The projects we would need help on are:
- IC posters, props, announcements etc made with photoshop or digital art.
- Video trailers, IC video footage etc
- Apps to be used IC, websites to be used IC etc.

Budget for props, objects (and maybe liscences) is available.

For trailers and IC video media (video editing and videography) we expect and would like some independence on finding actors and planning filming dates. Help is offered if needed.

We are looking for people who would occasionally 3D print props for us. STL’s will be provided. Filament (per full roll) will be paid for.

Physical prop makers would be available to discuss with us the need of props for the next event and help us make them come true. Budget is available for all needed.

We are looking for on site coordinators. On site coordinators streamline the arrival of participants, show them around, their sleeping spot, and show them where everything on location is. Are the point of contact between kitchen crew and organisation at the event. Fix any problems that might arrise and more. Basically; you are the backbone for a good running event and non overworked organisation.

On site coordinators are also responsible for being the point of contact for cleaning afterwards.
